SMS Opt-In Process
BrushBoss sends SMS only after a property owner gives consent through a website form or by verbally agreeing during an inbound phone call or on-site walkthrough.
Website Opt-In
Property owners opt in on the public BrushBoss website by visiting https://brushboss.co/contact or https://brushboss.co/instant-quote. The property owner enters their mobile number and actively checks an unchecked SMS consent box displayed adjacent to the phone field.
The consent box links to the BrushBoss Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Inbound Phone Call Opt-In
If a property owner calls BrushBoss at (440) 557-4660, the agent asks for permission before sending texts. SMS is sent only if the caller agrees.
When the caller says yes, BrushBoss logs the consent with the phone number, date, time, and call record.
On-Site Walkthrough Opt-In
During an on-site walkthrough at the property, the BrushBoss representative records verbal SMS opt-in on the property owner's signed walkthrough sign-in form alongside the mobile number and property address.

Help And Opt-Out
Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
